Rachael Grossman

Barbara Stevenson is a fundraising professional with nearly two decades of experience in fundraising strategy, strategic planning, institutional fundraising (foundations, corporations, government), and earned revenue development. Previous to launching her own firm in 1995, Stevenson was Development Director for Mercury House and held marketing positions at North Point Press and The New York Review of Books. She has completed Facilitator Training in the Appreciative Inquiry framework. An active community volunteer, she has served in leadership positions on nonprofit boards and School Site Councils. 


Rachael Grossman is an executive coach and social enterprise strategist with extensive partnership, development, communications and operations experience in the corporate, nonprofit, and social enterprise sectors. She has worked with a range of social enterprises, helping them to develop realistic growth plans, diversify revenue strategies, plan and build high-impact cross-sector partnerships--and to develop staff capacity to implement these strategies. As a c-level executive, she has developed and managed divisions encompassing fundraising, public relations, marketing and strategic partnerships for Women.com, Goodwill Industries, and the Women’s Funding Network. Grossman is a Certified Coach with a credential from the International Coach Federation.
